With a 8" straight length of clothes hanger wire and with a pair of blunt nose and needle nose pliers plus a new hook type wall hanger for a pattern I make my own wall hangers. It takes a litte practice to get the correct bends for the hook but once you get the hang of it a wall hanger can be knocked out in about 1 mintue.
