2 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
food coloring
1 T. alum
1 T. vegetable oil
Mix together, then bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add food coloring, then pour over flour mixture and stir. It will be lumpy. Knead thoroughly as soon as it is cool enough to handle. Keep in airtight container when not in use. Stays nice for a long time.
